The following terms apply to appointments booked directly with Positive Pressure, including through Acuity.

Cancellation fees

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations made 36 hours or more before your appointment have no cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 36 hours but at least 24 hours' notice incur a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 100% fee.

Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are charged 100%. All cancellation and no-show fees are based on the rate confirmed when your appointment was booked, including any applicable reduced or protected rate.

Rescheduling and online changes

Rescheduling requests are considered individually, with any applicable fees or accommodations determined at Erik's discretion.

Online cancellation and rescheduling in Acuity are available until 36 hours before the appointment. This is also the deadline for cancellation without a fee. For changes inside that period, please contact Erik directly at (512) 318-5899.

Transfers

Appointments booked directly with Positive Pressure may be transferred to another person without prior approval. If you can't make it to your appointment, feel free to send a friend. The original booking's applicable terms remain in effect.
