Cancellation Policy

Massages are completely transferrable!
If you are going to have to miss an appointment, 
you may designate anyone you wish to receive in your stead. 


If you opt to cancel, appointments terminated between 
36 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are charged 50%.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged 100%.

Why cancel, when you can send a friend?





***Family, Friends, Special discount massages, and even Free massages will be charged regular rate cancellation fees if not processed at least 36 hours prior to the massage appointment.
